BEGINNER’S CAKE DECORATING: TUESDAYS

FEBRUARY 16^TH -- MARCH 9^TH, 2010,  6:00 - 8:00 PM         $30.00

This four-week class will teach you all the basics in the art of cake decorating.  You will learn tips on baking, fillings, and icing cakes, as well as novelty cakes. You will also learn how to make roses, sweet peas, and mums.  A list of supplies needed will be given at the time of registration

ADVANCED CAKE DECORATING:  TUESDAYS

APRIL 6^TH, 13^TH & 20^TH, AND MAY 4^TH, 2010,   6:00 - 8:00 PM       $35.00

In this class, you will continue to learn more about the fabulous art of cake decorating.  You will learn more borders to use on your cakes, basketweave, garlands, cornelli lace, lily of valley, etc..  You will also learn everything you will need to know to make, bake and decorate a beautiful wedding or party cake. A list of supplies needed will be given at time of registration.

ROLLED FONDANT CLASS - WEDNESDAYS

APRIL 14^TH, 21^ST, MAY 5^TH, MAY 12^TH, 2010 -- 6:00 TO 8:00 P.M.    $35.00

Fondant gives a unique and elegant look. Students will cover a cake with ready-made fondant icing.  Class will include cutouts, fondant bows, etc.  A list of supplies needed will be given at time of registration.  Class is limited to 8 students.

ALL CLASSES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE AND ARE NONREFUNDABLE UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE CLASS OR IF THE CLASS IS CANCELED
